What throws you off your center?

I woke up this morning with a dream and a message that made me want to get up and write.

That is a good morning.😊

When I was writing my book, every morning I woke up with the first sentence and a fun feeling that my whole spirit team just had a party with me while I slept.

This morning, one hour later, my good mood and inspiration were gone.

I felt stressed, unsure, and without energy.

What happened?

Something threw me off my center.

A few days ago I had a talk with my mom, whom I miss, and hope to hug this year when I will be allowed to travel. She sounded better than last time and I was happy.

Later in the afternoon, I was crying and old pain was coming up.

What happened?

Something threw me off my center and made me shaky.

We all know that it is the nature of life. Our thoughts, and feelings to go up and down, and to be always in movement. But there is great power in becoming aware of it.

So I thought I would ask you this question and hopefully help you get back on your horse (= inner power 😉

What throws you off your center?

  • A bad or scary thought that enters your mind?
  • Too much noise and negative atmosphere
  • When people are too harsh
  • Sad or cruel stories from people or from the news?
  • Self- doubt or insecurities?
  • Gossip or a noisy world?

Or maybe there is something else?
If it’s something else do tell me what that is.

The first step in improving anything is seeing it for what it is, facing that thing, being completely honest about what is harming our inner peace.

So by asking this question today, I hope it helps you to accept your sensitive points. At least, to recognize the truth of this gives you an understanding of how to change it.

There are a few things that are proven to help:

  1. Be aware of what is going on inside you without judgment 😇
  2. Support yourself, doesn’t matter what
  3. Spend time in nature and actively clear your field
  4. Connect to your inner voices and guides for perspective and love.
  5. Meditate or do a healing session.
