Day 100 of my 108 days Journey challenge to intensely appreciate life.

What do I intensely appreciate today?

I am learning these days to rejoice and cherish the little things that bring light to our lives and therefore the world.

This is a huge lesson; we are contributing to the health of our world by cherishing life, light and the people we love. We are contributing by living with appreciation to everything and everyone around us.

Today celebrating a 100 days of actually writing this 108 days challenge blog (which I didn’t believe I can do) I allow myself to not feel guilty and to celebrate.
I intensely appreciate the power of nature to give us, little earthlings, so much goodness.

The moment we left Jerusalem and went down the mountains to under sea levels and to the Dead Sea it is so still. That desert of while rocks and sand were such a gift after the hectic traffic of Jerusalem.
I intensely appreciate the warmth of the sun on this winter day and the wonderful beach.
I intensely appreciate the power of the Salty Sea (dead sea) to give so much healing to many people from around the world. A sea with so many minerals and richness and beautiful view of Jordan.
I intensely appreciate the fact that our son can take such great pictures and the playing and laughter we have as a family.

I intensely appreciate the sun, sea, salt, mud, water, sand and all that air.

What do I need to intensely accept about today?

I need to accept that the dead see has shrunk since I was a child. I hope that the recovery plan would be exacted soon.

Have I done my Meditation today?

Floating on the water is a meditation, even when it is interpreted with my chatty daughter.

What have I learned today?

It is a very good thing to take our head off, or our hair down and let the elements of nature lead the way.

A question to you: What is your relationship to the sea, sun, and sand? when and how do you let it nurture you?

The challenge questions are:
Try it for 7 days :-)

What do I intensely appreciate today?
What do I need to intensely accept about today?
Am I intensely loyal to myself? or
Have I done my Meditation today?
What have I learned today?
