food-homemade-marmalade-300x205Days 88 of my 108 days Journey challenge to intensely appreciate life.

What do I intensely appreciate today?

One of the pleasure I enjoy in Amsterdam and one of the thing that makes me so grateful for my daily living is living by the market.
A real living full of fresh food, fish, fruit, and flowers is such a blessing.
Today, greeting all the sellers, who saw the children grew over the years, I feel so appreciative of my market.

I intensely appreciate the fact that I am going to visit soon the best market I ever have been… the market of Jerusalem.
I intensely appreciate markets that are driving our attention to local produce and biological goodness.
I intensely appreciate the markets of Amsterdam, all of them: the flee market, biological markets, exotics markets and neighborhood markets. They all making the community vibrant and alive.
I intensely appreciate every time I come back home with my bike and front basket full of market goodness.

What do I need to intensely accept about today?

I didn’t know how to tie a tie to my son getting dressed for the school party and I felt like a fool. But… I looked on you tube and I have learned. So I accept that I didn’t know and now I know, and that is o.k?

Am I intensely loyal to myself?

Yes, but I can see that in developing my new project I need to be tuned and patient.

What have I learned today?

In this time of craziness, it is good to take care of the little and homey things, without wishing to be somewhere else.

A question for you: Do you enjoy markets? fresh produce? homemade things? What do you like about it?

The challenge questions are:
Try it for 7 days :-)
