Shamanic Sound Healing

The power of Sound Healing, Drumming and Meditation is at our fingertips to help us improve our thinking, feeling and being.

No more running around like a headless chicken.
No more allowing everything and everyone to disturb our state of mind and affect how we feel about ourselves.
No more being influenced by the outside world how we see or value ourselves.

You can have your own personal power, intuition, and inspiration with just taking the time to connect.

Mindfulness and all kinds of Sound Healing Meditation practices are proven to create a dramatic effect on health and well being. The Power of shamanic drumming is used by humanity for centuries to calm the “monkey mind” and bring our brain wave into a deeper state of peace.

When we are adding the Sound vibration of the human voice, the peaceful effect is complete.

I offer you my unique Sound Healing Journey to guide you to meet new and unexplored parts of yourself. With this comes connection to your authentic self – and there you will enter confidence, strength, and wisdom that has always been there…waiting for you.

All you need to do is to put on your earphones, sit or lie comfortably and let yourself be guided to inner peace even if you are not experienced with any kind of meditation.

What is a Sound Healing Journey?

Sound Healing Journey are healing sessions, a combination of guided meditation, shamanic journey, and sound healing.

In a meditative state, we use the power of visualization, the power of the shamanic drum to bring our brain waves to deep relaxation and the healing sounds of the voice to activate and create sound frequency healing and transformations.

4 Steps to Connect to your Inner Voice

Step 1: Set an intention

Wow the power of your intention is REAL. Before you begin, simply articulate your intention. It could be simply “to connect to my inner voice/ intuition/ strength / wisdom” or it could be to “connect and heal my inner child” etc.

Step 2: Close your eyes

This simple action allows your mind to start to shift its focus from our outer reality to our inner world. Our subconscious. This world is huge!

Step 3: Focus and slow the breath

Our breath can guide us straight to where we need to go.
To get started try the breath count of 4 – 7 – 8.
Inhale: to the count of 4
Hold your breath: for the count of 5, 6, 7
Exhale: on the count of 8 – at a mindful rate.

Step 2: Close your eyes

This simple action allows your mind to start to shift its focus from our outer reality to our inner world. Our subconscious. This world is huge!

Step 4: Visualization

When you can see something in your minds eye and envision how it is or how you would like it to be. You can create, heal and transform with the power of your visualisation!

How you prepare for our Sound Healing Journey

Take care that you are not disturbed.

Bring yourself into a place where you can have a quiet moment for around 22 minutes.
We want to enter this trance state of being with no distractions, no telephones.

Make your room beautiful.

Light a candle, bring a picture of somebody or something that you love.
Use any setting that you like, that makes you feel comfortable. This will prepare your mind and heart for this journey.

Get comfortable

It’s very nice to lie down, but just like in meditation you can also sit and close your eyes.
Do what feels most comfortable.

Use Headphones if you can

For a more immersive experience, I would recommend that you use some good comfortable headphones
