Days 79 of my 108 days Journey challenge to intensely appreciate life.

What do I intensely appreciate today?

I just come back from an evening out and I noticed that my removable light on the back of the bike was switched off, while I forgot it on.
I realized that someone passed by my bike, and switched it off to save my battery. With all the things that happened today, I felt great gratitude for random acts of kindness.

I intensely appreciate the kindness that I got during the years from my family, from my extended family, from my friends, from my partners, from audiences and even strangers.
I intensely appreciate all the kindness I gave and enjoyed giving.
I intensely appreciate all the people that are always kind, smile and spreading care without asking for nothing in return.
I intensely appreciate the wonderful loving I shared with people this evening.

What do I need to intensely accept about today?

I accepted that I didn’t do anything on my list today, and for the first time ever I stayed relaxed. Amazing feeling.

Have I done my Meditation today?

Had a wonderful meditation of crossing the gate to next year vision. So grateful.

What have I learned today?

I can learn to be trusting, at ease, at peace and I change my brain function and the quality of my thoughts.

A question to you: When did your gave or received an act of kindness? How did that make you feel?

The challenge questions are:
Try it for 7 days :-)

What do I intensely appreciate today?
What do I need to intensely accept about today?
Am I intensely loyal to myself? or
Have I done my Meditation today?
