5 Simple Manifestation Techniques that Really Work
You might ask yourself, ‘How do I start manifesting?’ and it can be pretty confusing, especially with all the manifestation examples you can see out there.
Manifestation doesn’t have to be complicated. This simple but very powerful manifestation technique is something that I am so happy to share with you.
So the first thing that you need to do is to know what you want. It can be as big or as small as you wish.
Think about the three things that you would like to manifest. Ask yourself, “What do I want to attract into my life?”
Maybe you don’t know what you want- that’s fine. Just say whatever comes into your mind, even if it’s something like “I want five more clients this month.” or “I want to have more peace and courage”.
Once you already know your desires, you can now start with the manifestation exercise below. It’s a powerful technique to willing your goals into existence that you can do every day. Performing the five manifestation movements I am about to share with you can help you focus on inner voice and bringing your desires into your life.
It directs all of the laws of the universe to bring to your doorstep, what is it that you’re asking for.
Step 1. Surrender.
We start movement number one by putting our hands on the side of our body. Put your hands down and open your palm. It is through this movement that we begin to surrender all our fears, our confusion, our headaches- ALL of the things that we shouldn’t allow ourselves to receive.
We surrender to the highest force of creation and intelligence that loves us unconditionally. We surrender the wanting to solve all of our struggles on our little ego self-level,
We surrender our resistance and together we say, ‘Ahoy!’
Just feel how all our doubts and problems come out of our hands and go down the Earth to bloom as flowers.
Step 2. Feel it in your heart.
This is where we connect to our soul and ourselves. In this step, we connect to the wisdom of the universe, the Earth, and to our ancestors who guide and love us unconditionally.
Let’s allow ourselves to connect with all of those amazing forces that are standing by us, waiting to hear our command. This is an important step because, without our command, those forces cannot do anything; they are not allowed to tell us what to tell them.
Create a space for the things and experiences you desire by allowing your free will to bring you whatever you want.
Step 3. Open your hands.
Open your hands to the universe and set the intention for you to receive that golden bowl filled with your desires.
Together, may our wish and our desire bless us and our family, and the whole world. That the thing that we want to create or the way we want to be in the world is beneficial for all living things, all the earth, and all that is good and alive.
Step 4. Put it into your hands.
Put your hands in your lap and allow yourself to receive the golden bowl.
This is the part that most of us don’t do- receiving. This is where we all get a little bit stuck.
So take your time and be in the position where you allow yourself to receive what you really want because you deserve it.
Breathe in and watch as the golden bowl comes to your hand. Appreciate the beauty of it and focus on the beautiful colors that it brings. Watch how your wishes and manifestation gleam with rainbow colors.
Don’t doubt it. It’s there and it’s all yours- but only if you set your heart and mind to hold it and receive it.
Step 5. Close your hands.
You are experiencing something extremely powerful at this moment right now. It’s the moment when you find this golden bowl.
So what you need to do now is to hold it tight and close your hands. Put that majestic golden bowl into your heart and take a moment to give thanks for having the opportunity to say to the universe what you want while you’re clear, focused, and receptive.
Thank yourself for bringing yourself to this moment where you allow yourself to consciously ask and receive.
