Guided Meditation for Grounding, Connection and Trust

Why Our Grounding is So Important These days?

Grounding is the ability to be fully in our body – in the here and now.
Grounding is the feeling of being focused, solid and comfortable in your own skin.

When we are grounded we command our life, our words, our interactions, effortlessly.

Some people feel that to be a grounded person is less spiritual, which is not true.
When a person completely occupies their whole body with their essence, there is health, clarity, and vitality.
So to be grounded is to be fully in the body and fully connected to where you’re from.

I’m talking a lot about grounding because the most beautiful people in the world can easily lose their grounding and power. And by ‘beautiful people’ I mean the ones who really care and make a difference, the talented, the young and the sensitive people, the ones that I want to rule our world!

Why do we lose our grounding and power?

Our 3D reality can be dense and hard, and beautiful people tend to want to avoid it, so we leave our ground and float above ourselves. When we see cruelty, pain, and injustice we try to escape to a lighter dimension. When we experience shock or trauma, our energy retreats from our body. We become less grounded, less connected. This ultimately makes us feel less safe and we forget to own our power.

We are moving, shifting to a fifth dimension, even if you don’t fully understand ascension, you can see that the world is changing fast.

The ancient prophecies spoke about this time as “The time when all secrets are revealed”. The Internet has allowed us to see the world in a new way and to connect on a global scale. However, it also opened a window to witness all the misery and the torture and slavery that exists in our world.

So if we are shrinking from our power, we cannot operate, we can’t give anything!

But if we take our grounding seriously and remain open to all the high knowledge we receive through spirit, intuition, inner voice, imagination and our dreams (while also staying in our body, connected to our daily reality) then we are the embodiment of wisdom and creativity!

When we can do that we are in our personal and unique power and can become a positive force in the world.
