Everything’s Going to Change: Navigating These Times with Balance and Awareness

by | Mar 14, 2025 | Blog & Stories, Featured

“Everything is going to change, and we should not lose our marbles in the process,” I was joking with my husband this morning.

After updating each other on what we observe as most important in the news, we spoke about the massive shifts we are experiencing worldwide. He approaches things masculinely, linearly, and rationally but has become more open to seeing things also from my feminine, intuitive, point of view.
He works with energy transitions using earth resources, and I work with human energy potential and healing.
We both recognize that we are in a time of significant change—economically, socially, energetically, and spiritually. Consciousness is expanding, and new waves of energy are influencing us all.

Today was a lunar eclipse, and we will experience a solar eclipse in two weeks. This month, there are a few other massive transits and changes that some experts point to as new energies that never happened all at once. These celestial events are not just astronomical occurrences; they have profound energetic implications.

I am not an astrologer but love studying different perspectives—from astrology to ancient prophecies, social study, philosophy, and consciousness. Every great culture and tradition has passed down wisdom about these times. We see a more significant pattern emerging holistically when we observe the world—through history, prophecy, science, and current events.

So, how do we navigate this shift? How do we stay focused, healthy, and aligned with our purpose while contributing to the greater good?

The Balanced universe

The Balance Between Spirit and Personality

One of the greatest lessons of this time is recognizing that we are both spirit and personality. We are spiritual beings having a human experience, and yet many people find themselves pulled toward one extreme or the other.

Some people are deeply anchored in the material world. They see reality as purely physical, disconnected from spirit. They might resist acknowledging anything beyond what conventional science can measure and explain. When reality starts shifting in ways they didn’t anticipate, this can cause psychological distress and fear.

On the other hand, some reject the material world, seeing themselves solely as souls trapped in a body. They resist the earthly experience, struggling to embrace the physical aspects of life, forgetting that embodiment is a privilege and an honor. We fought to have this experience, and in this time of great transformation, being in a body is a gift.

The key is the middle path—the balance between spirit and form. This concept is found across spiritual traditions: the Middle Way in Buddhism, the central column in Kabbalah’s Tree of Life, the center of the Medicine Wheel in shamanic traditions. True power comes from integrating both aspects of our being, uniting the divine and the earthly within us.

Grounding and Centering in Love

To move through this passage, we must stay grounded. Connecting to nature, honoring the body, and staying present are crucial. The forces pulling us out of our power aim to disconnect us from the Earth (our grounding) and Spirit (our higher self). Our strength lies in unifying these aspects.

Every action, no matter how small, can be infused with this balance—the way we cook, the way we parent, the way we create, the way we interact with others. It’s about bringing our highest vision into our daily lives, into each moment.

As the old systems collapse, there is no need to fear. What is falling apart is the false matrix—the illusion of separation, the belief that we are powerless. The true matrix of creation remains, the organic structure of divine reality.

Choosing Love Over Fear

The simplest yet most profound guidance in these times is to choose love over fear. Love is the highest frequency, while fear contracts and paralyzes. Even amidst chaos, we can choose love—through our relationships, through our creativity, through the way we tend to our own inner world.

Of course, this is not always easy. The obstacles that prevent us from staying in love are often our own unhealed wounds and programming. This is why healing is essential—it clears the way for more light, joy, and presence.

The great battle of our time is not just external; it is internal. Do we align with the artificial, disconnected version of reality? Or do we align with our organic, divine potential? The choice is before us, and it is happening now.

Surfing the shift

The Practice: Living in Alignment

The most powerful thing you can do this time is cultivate your inner alignment. This means:

  • Spending time in nature
  • Grounding into your body and honoring its wisdom
  • Bringing awareness to your daily actions and choices
  • Choosing love in moments of fear
  • Healing the wounds that keep you from joy
  • Connecting to the higher intelligence of your heart

We are in an extraordinary time, and each of us has a role to play. The world is changing, and we are part of this transformation. No matter where you are or what you are going through, your ability to hold love, to stay centered, and to integrate your highest self into your daily life is an act of revolution and healing.

You are not alone. We are in this together. Let’s walk this path with clarity, courage, and an open heart.

With love and strength,
