Day 59 of my 108 days Journey challenge to intensely appreciate life.
What do I intensely appreciate today?
Sometimes we are lucky enough and have an insight to some forces that hindering our happiness or progress to life.
When we do, as much as it is confronting: it is a chance to get liberated further.
Working with people and myself for years I always find that guilt and shame are the most power -castrating emotions. Still, most of us carry them.
I find that there are different levels of shame and guilt, some of it, small and picked up along the way of life.
Some shame and guilt are coming from the collective we live in or come from.
Some guilt and shame come from an even deeper level.
On all of those level, there is one but really big cure. It doesn’t matter how long you carry it days, years or centuries.
That is forgiveness and profound compassion to self.
It starts with realizing, writing or verbalizing what the issue is about and then practice some soul deep forgiveness. It is an art!
Dismantling the inner judge is a must for liberation.
So today, I intensely appreciate the truth.
I intensely appreciate second chances.
I intensely appreciate the fact diving forgiveness is everywhere.
I intensely appreciate the guidance that leads us back to love.
I intensely appreciate the path of my soul.
I intensely appreciate compassion.
I intensely appreciate forgiveness for self.
I intensely appreciate the family lines, for good or bad.
I intensely appreciate the power of loving to heal.
What do I need to intensely accept about today?
I need to intensely accept the big stuff I need to forgive myself.
I accept that I need to forgive.
I accept that I need to accept.
I accept that I need to accept where I am.
Am I intensely loyal to myself?
Yes. This question has done its work.
I am going to replace this question, from now on, with the question: “Have I done my Mental/verbal I AM invocation today? ”
What have I learned today?
I learned about my path today things I rather not face. But it makes me a more complete person.
