Day 96 – Coming Home for Dinner

Day 96 of my 108 days Journey challenge to intensely appreciate life.

What do I intensely appreciate today?

Today I intensely appreciate the simple act of coming home for (Sabbath) dinner.
The simple act of finishing the week and being welcomed to mothers arms and a warm and delicious dinner is such a blessing.

When we don’t have a home or a mother/father who is happy to see us, we do remember how great it is: to be in peace around the table of good food and blessing.
I intensely appreciate the joy to see my kids enjoying this experience of rest and togetherness.
I intensely appreciate that my childhood allowed me to experience that so often.

What do I need to intensely accept about today?

I needed to accept that the whole plan was delayed and I didn’t come prepared as I wished too. Next time I will do that better.

Have I done my Meditation today?

I did a healing on my son’s hand as it got hurt by accident and I really enjoyed seeing the light work on the hand and be in the presence of this love energy.

What have I learned today?

Taking time to invest in family and friends is something that we kind of forgot in the individual world of existence.
I am willing and ready to claim it back and build my life and schedule a bit different.

A question to you: Where do you feel welcome? With whom? How can you give that feeling to someone else?

The challenge questions are:
Try it for 7 days

Am I intensely loyal to myself? or
