Days 87 of my 108 days Journey challenge to intensely appreciate life.

What do I intensely appreciate today?

This is not the sexiest appreciation I have written about, but cleaning house, as preparation for vacation is satisfying.

I intensely appreciate the personality in me, I call her Emma, that gets so pi#% off with dirt and chaos and just bulldozer through all of the rooms.
Most of the time I can’t get the motivation to do more the necessary, but when she comes alone, bags are leaving our house and everybody have more room in closets and drawers.
I recommend everyone to find their inner cleaner Emma. It is just fun.

I intensely appreciate my physical strength to rule my house and city garden and make my home lovely with flowers and homemade cookies.
I intensely appreciate the cleaning and clarity in my business tasks. I want to go on a family visit without unfinished business.
I intensely appreciate all the healing that is happening when deep cleaning is allowed in body, mind, home, and office.

What do I need to intensely accept about today?

I accept that my life is sometimes about having clean toilets, and manage healthy and still inspired food on the table.

Have I done my Meditation today?

tonight I am going to visit my secret magic place. Then I am going to create some fun things in my near future…..

What have I learned today?

I actually learned something NOT to do.
I always tell eeeeeverything, I am an open book.
But today I listened more and told less.
I figured I take the time to develop this thing I am working on. Am I actually learning to take the time? Listen more?
Something is changing 🙂

A question to you: Can you appreciate the power of cleaning your home and space? what do you love about it?

The challenge questions are:
Try it for 7 days :-)

What do I intensely appreciate today?
What do I need to intensely accept about today?
Am I intensely loyal to myself? or
Have I done my Meditation today?
What have I learned today?
