Days 93 of my 108 days Journey challenge to intensely appreciate life.

What do I intensely appreciate today?

Today I can not ignore the joy of winter. I was telling my family who never visited Israel in winter, to prepare to freeze in the Jerusalem mountains.
What we actually experienced in my village is the power of the greenest winter solstice.

Everything is so green because it rained.
In Amsterdam, I don’t care for the rain, but here it rare and the rain is fat and then everything is blossoming.
I took my beloved to have a meal on the mountains and I realized that even the parking area is gorgeous with the rocks and stones and all of the wild herbs popping up every where.

I realized that I need this energy of stones, rocks, herbs and wild flowers, mountains, natural caves. As much that I LOVE Amsterdam, it doesn’t have any of those things, I need nature for my health, mentally and physically.
So my intense appreciation today is for the seasons: winter, in any version, from snow to partly cloudy, to summer, spring and autumn.
I intensely appreciate the Mediterranean climate and nature.
I intensely appreciate mountains, stones, rocks, natural caves, herbs and wild flowers.

What do I need to intensely accept about today?

I had to accept that life is not easy for some of the people I love very much. at the same time, I am an optimist.

Have I done my Meditation today?

Breathing in the mountains.

What have I learned today?

I learned how it feels like to have more space in my heart and mind and that I actually love ALL the seasons of my life, what was and what is.

A question to you: in which stage/season is your life at the moment? can you accept it? what is coming next, do you think?

The challenge questions are:
Try it for 7 days :-)

What do I intensely appreciate today?
What do I need to intensely accept about today?
Am I intensely loyal to myself? or
Have I done my Meditation today?
What have I learned today?
