We are in the new moon of October, a month of Liberation, according to my roadmap. Autumn is the time of letting go: leading to winter season, which is about personal leadership. Time to ask some questions?
I asked myself some questions and the answers shocked me and demanded of me to take charge. OMG!
I was always a person who takes responsibility. As a first born I always felt responsible for my 3 younger brothers wellbeing and happiness. And because I was also the first granddaughter in my tribe, I always ended up caring and entertaining all of my young cousins.
As an adult I started my company really young and in no time was responsible for many artists and performers, whose wellbeing I also felt responsible for.
Still, these days I face a whole new challenge.
Will I take charge to take my own life to the highest level? Will I take charge of parts of my life that don’t work for me? Will I consider my needs first?
WILL YOU? ARE YOU READY TO LET GO AND TO TAKE YOUR LIFE TO A NEW LEVEL?
Two questions you must ask in order to liberate your power this month
1) Which parts of my life are working the best and give me the most joy and satisfaction? The 5 to 10 things you feel are the most important to you and give you the most joy and fulfillment (include health, relationships, work goals, home, friends, children, sexuality, creativity, finance and success)
2) Which parts of my life don’t really work well, need attention or can be let go off? The 5 to 10 things you feel are the most distracting for you from focusing (look at health, relationships, work goals, home, friends, children, sexuality, creativity, finance and success)
These questions gave me a clear answer to the changes I am going to make. Taking charge of parts of my life I forgot was actually important to me. Soon I am going to tell you how I brought this insight to an action plan.
I hope you will take the time to liberate your time and energy this month.
Write the answers down, integrate what it means, make an small action to let go, give up, cancel at least one thing.
Let me know how you did 🙂
