The Happy Goddessa singing circle is a group of people who enjoy playing and exploring voices alone and together, for the purpose of inspiration and healing.
You can join our voice exploration group of wellbeing and support and meet once a month.
The purpose of this circle is to build a empowered circle of voices, music, creation and happiness.
Every meeting is a journey between Your 4 Voices and based on that method.
Inner Voice- shamanic meditation
Physical voice – singing and toning
Emotional voice – intuitive singing
Mental voice – mantra or song (lyrics)

The Happy Goddessa Singing Circle is for wo/men who want to use their singing voice as a tool for self discovery and happiness.
Every meeting is a journey between Your 4 Voices.
Inner voice – meditation
Physical voice – mantra singing
Emotional voice – intuitive singing
Mental voice – learning a song (lyrics)
The purpose of this circle is to build a empowered circle of voices, music, creation and happiness.
Every person will get to discover their breath, posture, face muscles, projection, voice liberation, and answer the following questions:
Where is my Singing Voice and how I can let it out? What do we do in a basic singing lesson.
Why is singing is important to my health? Why don’t dare to sing? What is the effect of singing together? Why don’t I play more in my daily life and how can I use theater play to liberate more vitality and power?

Becoming a Happy Goddessa
I feel inspired to be a Happy Goddessa, which to me is a state of well being, health in body, mind, heart and spirit, balance between the outside challenges/action/success/work/ relationships and in the inner world/ inner peace/ space in the head/ creativity/ heart connection/ nature and general love to life.
Is it possible? YES it is, but not al the time.
Sometime I lose it but sometimes I am a smiley Happy Goddessa and “sometimes” is better then nothing and you can expand it to “most of the time”. That is how I see myself growing old… it total content.
Why is it important? when our cup is full it is easy to be a force of good in the world, to be kind and generate goodness and inspiration.
That is why I would like to have more of us getting inspired together to Taking the Journey and becoming our unique version of HAPPY GODDESSSA’S.
On 10 november, I’ll be doing a small ritual of planting the seed, so we can start to build the vision. You are welcome to come to Fertile Ground Studio.

Secret life of a woman…
It is 10 am on Saturday morning and we are getting ready to go out.
My daughter who grew up to be an outspoken girl doesn’t agree with the cloths she needs to wear. My son with his ever-lasting happiness jumps on the bed with joyful shrieking that vibrates in my head so hard my knees get soft.
I am too sensitive to sounds, I observe for the third time this week. My daughter of seven keeps repeating her choices and reasons and my wise husband steps quickly into the shower.
We are late.
My son is shouting on the bed, not dressed up yet. My daughter comes closer to me to be sure I get her argument and the fact that she is right.
The fact that I didn’t send the production mail last night, floats in my head, a flash reminder to call the guitarist, bass player, the assistant and my partner.
Suddenly I have no place to hold all of it in, my head is full of penetrating sounds and I am over exhausted.
My daughter starts to cry for not getting the response she needs, and my beloved does not hear anything under the water.
My knees collapse, I bury my head on the pillow on the floor and break down.
I can’t stop crying.
Both my children come to comfort me and I can’t hide myself. In the back of my head I have a discussion about “crying in front of the children”.
‘I have an honesty policy’ I remind myself, ‘I don’t hide my feelings’.
My mother always went to cry in secret. I was very tuned to my mother and I felt her sorrow even when she was pretending nothing was wrong. It did not install any confidence or relief in me.
My son holds my head as if he is giving me healing with his eyes closed, and my daughter runs to tell papa that mama is crying.
I am still choking and wondering about my state of mind. I feel in the twilight zone, my menstruation is late, and I am never late. Clouds of fear are floating in my head, saying my life would be over.
The discussion in my head now asks: How are we suppose to raise children with all those hormones flying about?
What would I do if I am with child? Can I handle another traumatic birth? Can I survive another cesarean section? Again two years of body and soul busy with running a marathon? Would my creative life be over or is it just fear?
My daughter squeezes me tight and I am finally smiling at them. When they feel the storm is over they both get dressed and my daughter tells papa who joins us that she made mama cry.
“It was not you”, I smile at her.
“Do you know the story of the camel that walked in the desert with too much baggage on his back?”
My daughter seems interested.
“Well, then came a little piece of straw flying in the wind…”
YES to full color
When I had my daughter, Ella, I was so busy coping with being a new mother of a baby who spend weeks in the hospital that I didn’t noticed that I lost my colors.
It was reflected in the way I have dressed.
My entire wardrobe was the same black pants and red shirts. I could not forget the red but I didn’t have any other colors anymore.
A friend of mine who is a designer was dressing up with multiple colors and prints. Every day she looks like art and beauty. And I could not; I lost my guts to say: “this is who I am” through my choice of cloths.
It took some work to dare to combine purple with pink and red, and in a shamanic way I have made peace with the peacock, the bird of many colors and no shame.
I know great people who are doing a lot for their families and for our society but they cannot show their beautiful colors because they were told that they Shouldn’t/couldn’t.
The thing is when somebody feels good and does show their true colors, it is INSPIRING for ALL OF US TO SHINE!! and that is another step of making the world a better place. MORE Shiny people!!! YES, YES YES!!!
